Off to an 0-2 start without the services of safety Kam Chancellor, the Pro Bowler now feels like it’s time to end his holdout and return to the team. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Chancellor is confirming that he will join the Seahawks and end his holdout.
‘Here’s what Kam Chancellor texted Stephen A. Smith: “Ima go help my teammates that are understanding of my position and the ones who aren’t. God forgives all, why can’t i? Time to help us get back to the big dance . I can address business after the season. Me and Marshawn started a mission 2 years ago. I can’t let my Dawg down….Real talk.”
Chancellor still has three years left on his deal, which made it a head scratcher as to why he would hold out in the first place. But for the time being, the Seahawks are getting back one of their top players.
