
Just a few hours after Judge Richard Berman nullified Tom Brady’s 4-game suspension for his part in the Patriots’ ‘DeflateGate’ scandal, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is not accepting the decision.
Goodell announced that the league will appeal the ruling:

It would seem nearly impossible for the process of the appeal to finish sometime during the season, which could lead to the suspension being extended into 2016 and beyond.
